Q: How does the mySmileage Rewards Program work?
A:

Q: What is a Smile and how do I earn one?
A: A Smile is Menchie's currency. You earn 1 Smile for each dollar you spend at Menchie's (excluding the purchase of gift cards and parties).

Q: Is there a fee to join the mySmileage program?
A: The mySmileage program is completely free!

Q: Do I get partial Smiles?
A: Yes. For example, if your yogurt is $4.15, you get 4.15 Smiles.

Q: I made a purchase before I registered for mySmileage. Can I get Smiles for a past purchase?
A: Smiles may only be earned at the time of transaction. However, if you come in within the first 7 days of registering online, we will give you 10 bonus Smiles with any purchase, as mentioned in your Welcome email.

Q: Do my rewards expire?
A: Rewards for points earned on purchases will never expire. However, Smiles and Menchie's Money given for birthdays and special promotions may expire. Please refer to the promotion message for the expiration date.

Q: Do my rewards have cash value?
A: There is no cash value to rewards as they will be provided to you as a discount off items at Menchie's. mySmileage Card, Smiles, or Menchie's Money may not be redeemed for cash.

Q: What can I buy with my mySmileage rewards cash?
A: You can use your Menchie's Money to buy any product at Menchie's excluding the purchase of gift cards and parties.

Q: Do I get Smiles for gift cards?
A: You will get Smiles for purchasing items and paying for them with a gift card. You will not however get Smiles for purchasing gift cards.

Q: My purchase was $5.60, but I only got $4.67 Smiles.
A: Tax is not included when issuing Smiles. Smiles are given on your actual purchase amount before sales tax.

Q: I have a coupon and $5 in Menchie's Money, can I redeem both at the same time?
A: Menchie's Money redemptions cannot be combined with any other discounts or offers.

A: You can pick up a mySmileage Card at your local Menchie's or sign up by giving a mix master your phone number when you check out. You can also sign up here.

A: You can get a card at any Menchie's location. To find a location please click here.

A: Click here to register your account. Please remember to present your mySmileage Card at time of purchase to keep earning Smiles!

A: You can use mySmileage card at all participating Menchie's locations.

Q: How do I change my account number if I entered the wrong number when I signed up?
A: Your account number is either the number on the back of your mySmileage card or the phone number you registered with. These numbers cannot be changed online. If you need a new account number or entered the wrong account number while registering, email customerservice@synergyworld.com with your first & last name, original phone number and/or mySmileage card number in your account, and the new phone number and/or mySmileage card number you would like to be used as your account number.

Q: Can I get a card after I've registered on the website?
A: Yes, go into any Menchie's location and pick up a mySmileage card. However, if you'd like to use both your cell phone number and mySmileage card number interchangeably to earn Smiles, log in and update your profile with your card number.

Q: Do I have to use a mySmileage card?
A: No, you may also use your 10 digit phone number. However, if you'd like to use both your cell phone number and mySmileage card number interchangeably to earn Smiles, make sure to enter both numbers when you register.

Q: What happens if my card gets lost or stolen?
A: If your card is registered, we'll be able to replace your card. Just click here and provide us with the phone number you used when you registered. Unfortunately, if your card was not registered, we are unable to replace it, as we have no way to verify your information.

Q: How do I edit my info?
A: Log in to your account using your username and password here. Thank you for keeping us up to date!

Q: How do I get a username and password?
A: Click here to register for mySmileage. After you enter your information, you will receive the username and password via the email address you provide.

Q: Why do I have to give you my phone number?
A: By providing us your phone number you will be able to use the program with your phone number as your mySmileage account number. In addition, we will use this number to issue you a new card should you lose yours, providing you've registered your number on the registration page. We will never send you text messages unless you opt in to our text messaging program, and we will never call you.

Q: How do I change my account number?
A: Your account number is either the number on the back of your mySmileage card or the phone number you registered with. These numbers cannot be changed online. If you need a new account number or entered the wrong account number while registering, email customerservice@synergyworld.com with your first & last name, original phone number and/or mySmileage card number in your account, and the new phone number and/or mySmileage card number you would like to be used as your account number.

Q: Why do you need to know my birthday?
A: We want to know your birthday so we can send you a special gift. A coupon worth the equivalent of $5 in Menchie's Money will be added to your mySmileage account and will be available from two weeks before your birthday until two weeks after. To redeem your coupon you must present the cashier your loyalty card or provide your account number before the transaction is completed. Your coupon can be used towards the purchase of any item sold at Menchie's. This Item is a special limited time offer and will not appear as a credit when checking your card balance as it is a coupon and not earned Menchie’s Money. You must be a registered member for two weeks prior to your birthday in order to receive a birthday reward.

A: Please email customerservice@synergyworld.com with your first and last name, the original phone number in your account, and your new phone number.

Q: Why am I not receiving emails?
A: Please check your spam or junk mail folder as you may have accidentally opted out of receiving communications from us. Depending on your email provider, you may be asked to add us as a safe sender.

Q: How do I stop getting emails?
A: If you decide for whatever reason to no longer participate in the mySmileage program, either click "stop sending" at the bottom of your mySmileage emails or log in to your mySmileage profile and click on "Update My Info."

Q: How do I stop getting text messages?
A: Simply text message STOP to 56687.

Q: What is the birthday gift?
A: The birthday gift is a one-time use $5 coupon that can be redeemed just like you redeem Menchie's Money from your mySmileage account.

Q: Why doesn't my mySmileage account show I have an additional $5 in Menchie's Money in my account?
A: The birthday gift is a coupon and is attached to your account; however, it is not Menchie's Money and will not be reflected when you check your balance.
