WHERE CAN I REGISTER MY CARD?

To register your Jimmy’s Island Grill rewards card visit our location website, there you will be able to access your account, read all our terms and conditions and everything you need to know about your favorite restaurant.

WHAT BENEFITS DO I GET IF I REGISTER MY REWARD CARD OR PHONE NUMBER?

We want to reward our loyal customers every time they visit! When you sign up for our Rewards card and register it online you will receive 100 bonus points and will be able to accrue 1 point for every dollar you spend (excluding tax and gratuity) every time you show your card. You are able to access and manage your account. Check your account balance at anytime, including restaurant visits and dollars needed to reach the next reward.

WHAT IS MY ACCOUNT NUMBER?

Your account number is your 12-digit card number starting with 900.

WHAT NUMBER DO I USE TO REGISTER?

Please enter your 12-digit card number when registering. Please email us at support@synergyworld.com if you are still having difficulty registering. Please provide us with your name, cell phone number (the number your provided the server), email address, birthday month, card number (if you have one) and favorite location. We will then process the registration for you.

WHY DO I HAVE TO GIVE YOU MY PHONE NUMBER WHEN REGISTERING?

If you lost your card, we will use this number to issue you a new card with your points, providing you’ve registered your number on the registration page.

WHY DO YOU REQUIRE MY CELL PHONE NUMBER?

In order to be sent text messages with special offers from this merchant, we request your Cell Phone number. If you do not wish to enter your cell phone number, please enter a different 10-digit number that you will remember so that you can provide the server with this number in order to earn points. You will therefore no longer need to carry a card.

HOW DO I GET THE REGISTRATION BONUS POINTS?

The extra free 100 points are automatically added to your account balance when you register your card.

HOW DO I EARN REWARD POINTS?

One point will be given for every $1 spent. (Excluding gift cards sales).

HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO RECEIVE A REWARD?

Once you accrue 100 points (spend $100) you will automatically receive $10 in rewards on your rewards card to spend on your next visit. When you want to redeem your reward let your server know and they will apply it toward your bill. Your reward card works as gift card and will need to be presented at the time of your visit.

WHY DOES MY REDEMPTION CREDIT NOT WORK WHEN I’M TRYING TO USE IT?

You need to register your card before you can redeem rewards. Please register your card first.

I RECEIVED AN EMAIL SAYING THAT I HAVE A REWARD, BUT THE STORE SAYS I DO NOT HAVE A REWARD.

Points and credit are applied to the phone number or card number linked to the email address that you received the email from. Your email address could be associated with a different account number.

DID YOU FORGET TO GIVE THE SERVER YOUR PHONE NUMBER OR CARD NUMBER AT THE TIME OF THE TRANSACTION? DID THE SERVER NOT ASK YOU FOR YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER?

In order to be issued points / credit, your account number needs to be entered by the server at the time of the transaction. If you mistakenly provided a different card number to the server at the time of the transaction, please provide this number to us and we will gladly combine those accounts into one account. Please email support@synergyworld.com with both account numbers with your name and phone number. Customers do not have the ability to add points/credit to their own accounts. We do not have the authority to issue customers with points or credit. Please contact the store manager where you made your purchase.

I HAVE RECEIPTS FOR MY TRANSACTIONS. CAN I SEND YOU THE RECEIPTS AND YOU CAN ADD THE POINTS?

You must present your card or account number to the server at the time of the transaction in order to have points added to your account.

CAN I EARN POINTS ON DELIVERY AND TAKE OUT?

Yes.

CAN I EARN POINTS FOR GROUP EVENTS?

Sure! Points may be earned for private parties by the member paying the bill with a maximum of 1000 points (spend $1,000) earned per event. To qualify for points on the event, you must be a registered rewards card member prior to booking the party. Those points will then be valid on your next visit.

WHAT IF I TAKE ANOTHER REWARDS CARD MEMBER TO DINNER AND MY GUEST PAYS FOR THE CHECK? CAN WE SPLIT THE POINTS?

Yes.

CAN I GIVE MY CARD TO A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND TO REDEEM POINTS WHEN IM NOT THERE?

No, it must be the rewards card member.

DID YOU GIVE THE SERVER YOUR PHONE NUMBER BUT DO NOT SEE THE POINTS FOR YOUR TRANSACTION ON YOUR ACCOUNT?

The most likely reason is that you provided them with a different card number / phone number to the number that you used when you registered. Please email support@synergyworld.com with both account numbers with your name and phone number and we will gladly combine those numbers into one account. If you don’t know what number you provided the server, please email support@synergyworld.com with the authorization / confirmation number from your receipt as well as name and phone number. We will then transfer the points to your account.

DO I NEED TO LET THE SERVER KNOW THAT I WISH TO REDEEM MY REWARD IN ORDER TO USE MY CREDIT?

Yes. If you do not see your reward being applied to your bill, please let the server know if you wish to redeem your reward.

WHAT HAPPENED TO THE POINTS THAT I HAD ON MY ACCOUNT? WHERE DID THEY GO?

When the $10 credit is added, 100 points are deducted from your account. (in exchange for this credit). Note: This credit can only be used at this merchant. This credit has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash. This credit will be applied towards your purchase as a discount and you will be responsible to pay any remaining balance. Your credit will decline by the amount redeemed towards your purchase. This credit has no expiration date, unless otherwise stated on the offer, and by law. Local laws vary.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY POINTS TO SHOW UP ON MY CARD?

Your reward points are live in real time, but it will take 24 hours before your points convert to usable reward dollars. Your reward dollars will valid on your next visit.

CAN I USE A REWARD THE SAME DAY I EARN IT?

It will take 24 hours for your points to become usable. So you would only be able to use your points on your next visit.

ARE REWARDS TRANSFERABLE?

Rewards are not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. They are also not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts or promotions.

DO I EARN REWARDS ON TAX AND TIP?

No, points are accrued on food and beverage purchases only. Points are given on your actual purchase amount before sales tax.

DO I GET POINTS FOR PURCHASING FOOD/BEVERAGE OR MERCHANDISE WITH A GIFT CARD?

You will get points for purchasing items and paying for them with a gift card. You will not however get points for the purchasing of an actual gift card.

WHY WAS I NOT ABLE TO EARN POINTS ON A PARTICULAR TRANSACTION?

Merchants reserve the right to instruct us to change or modify their program at any time, without notice. Please contact the merchant directly with regards to this matter. The merchant may choose not to allow redemptions or points added to be used with other discounts or offers.

WHY CAN I NOT USE THE CREDIT THAT IS SHOWN ON MY RECEIPT?

Your credit is not valid for use on the same transaction that earned you your credit and is only available upon your next visit. Credit will remain in your account until it is spent and will not expire.

WHAT IS MY CARD/ACCOUNT NUMBER?

Your card number is the number on the card starting with 900.

I CURRENTLY HAVE 2 CARDS / ACCOUNT NUMBERS, WHICH I WOULD LIKE TO JOIN TOGETHER INTO ONE ACCOUNT. HOW DO I DO THIS?

Please email support@synergyworld.com with both account numbers with your name and phone number and we will link the accounts together for you.

I LOST MY REWARDS CARD. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you have registered your rewards card, you can use the phone number that you entered upon registration as your rewards card number. You do not need a new card and do not need to carry a card. If you have not registered your card, please collect a new card from the merchant. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards, nor for unauthorized card use.

HOW DO I STOP RECEIVING TEXT MESSAGES?

Please reply “STOP” (75667) to cancel.

DOES MY GIFT CARD CREDIT OR REWARD POINTS EXPIRE?

No, reward credit and gift card balances do not expire.

DO I EARN POINTS FOR ITEMS PURCHASED USING A GIFT CARD as the form of payment?

Yes, you are able to earn points when you pay for your food/beverage/merchandise with a gift card.

DO I EARN POINTS ON ANY FORM OF PAYMENT?

Cash, Credit, Debit and Gift cards can be used as payment. No points will be issued when buying a gift card.

CAN EMPLOYEES AND INTERMEDIATE FAMILY BE A MEMBER OF THE REWARDS PROGRAM?

Employees, managers, its affiliates and their spouses and children are not eligible for the program.
